The New Jersey legislature has enacted a series of statutes detailing an acceptable Camden County executor fee for an average estate when the testator has not specified otherwise. How Much Can a Camden County Trustee Charge as a Fee?

The Trust document often states the Trustee’s fee, which is often “reasonable.” If however, the grantor has failed to specify the compensation, the New Jersey legislature has provided for a statutory fee schedule.
