Flora M. Novick represents clients in the Estate Litigation Department. Flora grew up locally in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and attended the College of New Jersey for her undergraduate degree. While in College Flora volunteered on a weekly basis with Habitat for Humanity-Trenton, New Jersey.
Flora attended Temple University Beasley School of Law for her JD where she participated in the transactional studies program and took several courses in Taxation. While in Law School Flora clerked at the law firm of McCabe, Weisberg, and Conway in their bankruptcy and foreclosure departments. She also spent a semester working for Temple’s Elder Law Clinic where she prepared wills and other estate documents for the elderly population of the Philadelphia area. Flora is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Immediately after Law School Flora worked at a small law firm representing owners, buyers/sellers, landlords and management companies in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including refinances, settlements, operation of apartment complexes, condominiums and land lease communities, leasing of commercial and residential properties, obtaining business licenses and representation of creditors in Bankruptcy Court.
Flora volunteers with Wills for Heroes, a pro bono program that offers free basic estate planning documents to first responders (police, firefighters, and paramedics).
