Kelly Barse, Esquire, is an associate practicing primarily in the area of estate planning and administration. She graduated from Temple University – Beasley School of Law with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation and an Estate Planning Certificate. She received her Juris Doctorate at Rutgers School of Law, Camden, New Jersey in 2011. During law school, Kelly served as an Associate Articles Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.
Prior to attending law school, Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts in History and Italian from Rutgers in 2008. During her undergraduate studies, Kelly was a member of several honor societies, including Phi Beta Kappa, and was also part of the Rutgers College Honors Program.
After law school, Kelly clerked for the Honorable Jean B. McMaster, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of Gloucester County, New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Kelly worked for a small firm in Philadelphia specializing in estate planning and administration. Kelly is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
