Laina Goldwin

Laina is an attorney in the Estate Administration Department. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University, with a B.A. in Justice Studies and Political Science. Laina obtained her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Klenk Law Offices, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Benjamin Podolnick in the family division at the Atlantic City Courthouse. Following the completion of her clerkship, she practiced as a family law attorney at a union-side labor firm in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. At that firm, Laina was a zealous advocate for clients during tumultuous custody/divorce hearings. Laina routinely represented clients’ in Court and secured favorable results. 

Laina’s goal of helping client’s is universal, but her methodology is tailored to the individual. Laina recognizes that many of our clients’ are going through a loss, and she makes it a priority to practice with passion. When not at work, Laina enjoys weight lifting, yoga, and spending time with her two cats, Spinach and Pamphlet.
