Tracey M. Connor

Tracey Connor is an Associate Attorney at Klenk Law, LLC, and the newest member of the estate planning and probate team. Before transitioning to probate, Tracey served on the litigation team at Klenk Law since 2021; in her prior role she represented our litigation clients alongside the chief litigator, Glen Ridenour, in complex trust and estate disputes before the Orphans’ Court. A graduate of Temple University, Beasley School of Law, and bilingual daughter of Peruvian immigrants, she brings a dynamic background and a genuine passion for helping families protect what matters most.

Most estate planning attorneys have never seen a will contest from the inside or watched a Decedent’s estate plan unravel under the pressure of litigation. Tracey’s experience has given her a unique perspective that enables her to identify potential litigation vulnerabilities before they become problems and counsel clients on strategy with a clarity that only comes from having litigated those very issues.

Prior to Klenk, she served as litigation counsel to the Philadelphia Housing Authority, one of the largest public housing authorities in the country, where she honed her ability to manage high- stakes matters. On her time off, Tracey’s perfect day is one spent exploring the Wissahickon trails with her family, followed by a good cheeseburger and a well-earned craft beer.
