Once again, Orphans Court Appeal Lawyer Glen Ridenour won a case on appeal. In this case, In Re: Trust Under Deed of Walter R. Garrison, the Supreme Court held that trusts could be modified by consent of the settlor and all beneficiaries to allow for the replacement of trustees by a majority of beneficiaries after the settlor’s death.
