The Law On Will Contests.

To successfully challenge a Will, you must demonstrate to the judge that it is invalid. There is no jury. A judge oversees Will Contests. Typically, the basis of a successful Will Contest is one of the following:

  • Fraud or Forgery. Was the WIll obtained by giving the deceased false information? Is the Will signed by someone other than the deceased? Then your Glen Ridenour, as your Philadelphia Will Contest Lawyer, can challenge the Will based on Fraud or Forgery.
