Supriya G. Philips

Supriya is an associate attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department. Born and raised in Montgomery County, she earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2019. During law school, Supriya was committed to serving marginalized communities through her work with MidPenn Legal Services in Harrisburg and the Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project in Philadelphia, organizations dedicated to providing free legal services to low-income individuals. Following graduation, she continued to develop her legal skills at a medium-sized firm in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, where she focused on estate planning and estate administration.

At Klenk Law LLC, Supriya litigates Orphans’ Court matters in Montgomery County and surrounding counties, including Philadelphia, Berks, Bucks, and Chester. She represents clients in will contests, estate administration, and other fiduciary disputes, with a particular emphasis on the preparation of, and objections to, estate and trust accountings. Known for her detail-oriented and highly organized approach, Supriya values precision and thorough legal research in navigating complex Orphans’ Court litigation.

Supriya is committed to ethical advocacy and believes clear, consistent communication is essential to effective representation. She takes pride in building strong relationships with her clients while guiding them through sensitive and often emotionally challenging matters.

Outside of the office, Supriya enjoys gardening, creating art, and spending time with her pets.
