Advising our Estate Planning clients includes Will drafting, designating Powers of Attorney, Special Needs Planning, Probate, reducing taxes and Business Succession. At larger law firms, Estate Law is likely only a small part of their practice. In our practice, estate clients always come first.

Certainly! Though same-sex marriage is accepted law, there are still concerns unique to the LGBT community. Historical prejudice and existing hostility both political and familial adds a layer of complication other couples need not address. Please read my article about LGBT Estate Planning.
We provide our Bucks County clients Estate Planning, Probate, and Estate Litigation services that include:
The Register is an elected official whose responsibilities include determining whether the Will being offered for probate should be registered as the last will and testament of the deceased, and whom should be recognized as the estate’s executor or administrator. If you die without a Will, you are “Intestate.” If you have no Estate Plan, then your assets pass under Pennsylvania’s plan. A Will allows you to craft a plan that reflects your real wishes. The Intestacy Rules do not take your wishes into consideration. For more, read our article that addresses Pennsylvania Intestacy

I was referred to Peter after my divorce to put documents together to protect my assets. He suggested a number of documents that would help protect my children and their future. Also, he put together wills, power of attorney and living wills. I initially spoke with him on the phone, he took 30-40 minutes to understand my situation and explain the benefits of having such documents. After a week or two, I met with him in his office and signed the documents. Everything else was remote phone calls and emails. He re-explained these documents and what whom to share. I am in good hands.
Peter explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Everything was done in the time frame he said it. Could not have been better!
Great friendly staff
Peter and the whole team at Klenk Law are top notch. They are thorough, efficient and understanding of client needs. He was able to tailor our estate planning needs just how we envisioned.
Like another reviewer, I contacted Peter through his website using the free consultation link, for a question regarding PA inheritance taxes. The question was quite technical and difficult to explain, and the answer was nowhere to be found on the web. Peter grasped precisely what I was asking, and provided a clear, helpful response (with a touch of humor) the very next day.
